2/2 waterfront condo with a boat slip in New Port Richey! There is a 4 month minimum for guests. This light and bright Waterfront Corner Unit, two bedroom, two bath condo located in River Mist Condominiums in New Port Richey offers fabulous views of the "Cotee" river and comes with a boat slip for your use during your stay, which provides access to the Gulf of Mexico! The unit is located on the second floor and can be accessed by walking up one flight of stairs, or by using the elevator.

This condo is within a few steps of the pool and Clubhouse. The clubhouse has a small Gym area, and there is a propane Grill in the pool area. Picture yourself grilling waterfront while overlooking the Cotee River! Paradise! You can even bring your boat! The dedicated boat slip for this unit is the fourth slip in from the end.

The HOA Application and background check fee is included in the rental price. Please allow 2 weeks for HOA approval. If you book this unit, please complete and return the HOA application and the Tenant Check ASAP; they will be emailed to you as soon as you complete your booking.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
