Adorable Pool Home, sleeps 6, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an inground screen enclosed pool!

This lovely home is in the heart of Trinity, and is close to Shopping, a trampoline park, with Clearwater Beach within reach at under an hour drive time. This home sleeps up to 6 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a Queen sized bed, and the living room has two pull up sofa beds that are each a bit bigger than a twin. The Guest bedrooms Queen sized bed is on the high side; it may be a challenge for those with mobility issues to use this bed. The Living Room has a smart TV. The pool is not heated. Sorry, no parking in the garage, only in the driveway.

IMPORTANT! This home has an alarm system and also has interior camera's that will need to be unplugged upon your arrival. Instructions on disabling both the camera's and the alarm system will be in your guest instructions, which will be sent to you at 3PM on the day of your arrival. Check-in is anytime after 4pm.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
