A stackable washer and dryer is provided for your convenience, along with numerous amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Unit has amazing views of the sunsets from the private front steet-view balcony! You will have assigned parking for 2 vehicles only; there is no additional guest parking. All utitlites are included, however there is a $250 cap on monthly electric bills with guest to pay the overage.

Master Bedroom has a King, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen Beds.

Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
