Illuminated by contemporary led lighting, the spacious living areas feature comfortable furnishings, upscale appliances and large flat screen tv's. A stackable washer and dryer is provided for your convenience, along with numerous amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Just off the main living room area is a relaxing private balcony where you can view the intracoastal waterway, or the gorgeous pool with hot tub and fountains below. You will have assigned parking for 2 vehicles only; sorry, there is no additional guest parking. All utitlites are included, however there is a $250 cap on monthly electric bills with guest to pay the overage.

Close by your luxury accommodations, you'll find a super Publix grocery store, gas station and the Island Way Grill with in walking distance. It's a short distance by car or trolley to the famous Clearwater Aquarium and the white sands of Clearwater Beach.

Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
