The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms have smart TV's. Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.

Think it can't get any better...There are 2 common area sundecks located roof top, on the 6th and 7th floor, which have the most incredible views! Some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee, attendant on duty.

You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's.u

Didn't bring a car? Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount per day, per guests). The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.

Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
