The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, two separate living areas, and comfortable work areas for remote work.
This home has been newly furnished in 2023 with high quality furniture and amenities. The master bedroom features a king bed with luxury Tommy Bahama pillowtop mattress and has an adjustable stand-up desk with external monitor for a convenient workspace. Master bedroom also includes a large 55” wall-mounted television, ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door leading to the pool /patio deck. Windows and sliding doors have plantation shutters for privacy.
The second bedroom has a king bed, also with Tommy Bahama pillow top mattress, and nightstands with built-in AC power and USB plugs.
The third bedroom includes a built-in desk/workspace with extra monitor and a full-size Murphy bed that can provide additional space for an optional office.
The hallway between the second and third bedrooms leads to a full bath with shower/tub. There is a pocket door to close off that wing of the home, if/when extra privacy is needed.
Guests can enjoy 2 full living spaces (living room and den) with ample seating and large, flat-screen smart TVs in both areas. The front living room includes a Queen sofabed with an upgraded mattress.
This lovely home features a beautiful, partially covered, fully screened-in patio, with a heated pool, upscale seating, dining furniture, ceiling fans, and a large screen TV. The backyard has a lovely waterfront view of the canal. Pool thermostat is set to 85 degrees. The dock can be used for fishing off of or for sitting/laying on, however no boat docking or use of the lift is allowed.
Park up to 3 vehicles in the lovely and spacious circular driveway (sorry, garage is not available).
Property is within reach of many Florida attractions including Busch Gardens, Tarpon Sponge Docks, and all of the lovely Beaches in South Pinellas, including the tourist haven of Clearwater Beach, which is a 45-minute Drive.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
One guest must be at least 25 years old. No pets allowed, including emotional support animals (ESA's). There is a strict no refund policy, thus it is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance that will refund you for any reason. The no refund policy includes refunds due to health conditions of any kind, and water or weather conditions of any kind. Please understand that Florida can get cold, and the pool water will feel cold during cold snaps. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Rates on open dates are often subject to change. For your safety there is a Nest camera on the exterior of the home.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
