This 404 sq ft studio is located on the ground floor at the beautifully well-kept complex of Walsingham Apts. There are many restaurants in the area along with grocery stores, shoppes and is close to many Florida attractions!  It is within walking distance to Indian Rocks BEACH!  There is fully stocked kitchen that includes an oven, fridge, Mr. Coffee, blender, pots/pans, and dishes! The living room area has a full size sleeper. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.  Swim in the heated pool and enjoy the BBQ area! The unit and the Complex does not allow smoking, anywhere on the premises.   

One assigned parking space provided, we can only guarantee one spot.  Guest spots are first come, first serve.This condo development does not allow any vehicles in their parking lot other than Car's or SUVs. Trailers, RV's, boats, jet ski's, box trucks, box trailers, and kayaks will not be allowed and must be stored elsewhere.  Anything other than a car or SUV will have to be stored elsewhere. 

Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID.  Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.  Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged.  AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida’s Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.   We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.  Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged.  Check in is any time after 4PM.   We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
