This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Sea Isle Villa's sits directly on the sugar sand shores of Indian Rocks Beach, voted one of the best beaches in the world! This condo has a direct and fantastic beach and pool view from the living room and its private balcony. Pool is heated. With the King Bed in the Master bedroom, and the Guest Bedoom Queen Bed and twin bunkbed, the unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Sorry no Pets Allowed.

You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen next to the dining area; the dining table seats 4, and the kitchens breakfast bar seats 2. You will also have a full sized washer/dryer in the unit!

There is only one assigned parking spot for your booking party and the only parking spot that we can guarantee your group. If you have any additional vehicles, all parking spots in the parking lot (meaning parking spots which are not located under any of the buildings) are for additional guest parking, however these spots are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. So sorry, but if the additional guest parking spots are full, we wil not be able to assist you with additional parking.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
