This BEAUTIFUL and freshly remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is located in the Vista Bay Condominiums on Indian Shores, which rests on the Intracoastal Waterway located across the Street from Indian Shores Beach, whose white fine white sands have been deemed as one of the loveliest Beaches in the World! The Vista Bay Condo Association requires each booking submit an application in advance of your stay (app. cost will be included in the booking price). The Association requires an application with a background/credit check, and your Booking must be approved by the Association. Application must be returned to us in a timely manner, within 1-2 days. Face to face meeting with the Association is required when you arrive, to go over their rules with your party.
The condo is 1505 square feet of living area: rather large for a beach home! The best part is you will be directly ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH! You cannot find a beach with finer white sand! This beach is divine! Vista Bay has a heated pool, shuffleboard, 2 tennis courts, and an assigned parking spot in which you can park 2 cars in a line, front to back. The first assigned parking spot is in the under the building parking garage, and the second car, the second car would be parked directly behind the first, and would be uncovered.
There are 2 private balconies; the Master Bedroom Balcony has a Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Living Room Balcony overlooks the Intracoastal waterway which flows into the Gulf of Mexico.
This Lovely and Spacious Condo sleeps up to 4, with a King-Sized Bed in the Master with an ensuite bath, and a Queen-Sized Bed in the Guest bedroom. The Master bath has a walk-in shower, and the Guest bath has a tob shower combo.
Sorry, but trailers, golf carts, or motorcycles are not allowed. Sorry, absolutely no smoking is allowed. Many of the private docks were damaged with Hurricane Helene. Docks to be replaced, date of expected replacement is unknown, but may not be completed until sometime in 2026.
The condo is fully equipped with high-speed internet and basic cable. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your use as well; no need to bring quarters! The lovely, updated kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to prepare your meals; pots and pans, eating utensils, plates, cups, coffeemaker's (Keurig and regular), and a toaster. Perhaps you would prefer to hit one of the many local eateries, and there are many! Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the close by eateries, and Splash Harbour Water Park will entertain Adult and Children alike! You will be just a few miles away from the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Drive a few miles North and you will find the popular destination of Clearwater Beach!
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
Non- commercial motor vehicles up to one ton without lettering are permitted. Commercial, recreational vehicles, boats and/or trailers of any type may be parked on the property at any time. Residents/Owners are to use the parking spaces assigned to their units. All under-cover parking spaces are assigned. Vehicles are required to have current tags and a decal in the lower left corner of windshield. Non-resident/owner vehicles are not to be stored at any time. No major mechanical work is allowed on vehicles. Motorcycles, minibikes, motor scooters, golf/electric carts are not permitted on grounds. Use of skateboards, bicycles or rollerblades not permitted on property. There is an assigned car wash area. No parking along fire lanes. Speed limit is 15 MP
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
