This 2-bedroom, 2-bath end unit sits directly on Treasure Island Beach and features a heated in-ground community pool. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed in each bedroom and two chairs in the living area that convert to twin beds. Tile flooring runs throughout, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy stunning Gulf views and unforgettable sunsets from your 3rd-floor beachfront balcony. There is a sand rinse station located just outside the unit to help keep sand out of the condo. Beach equipment rentals are available directly on the beach.
Check-in takes place across the street at the Oceana West building (2nd floor) between 9am–9pm daily. Arrivals outside those hours will receive a nearby off-site check-in location. There is a front desk for assistance.
Please note that only one assigned parking space is included with your reservation. We are unable to assist with parking for additional vehicles. Daily or nightly dock rentals may be reserved and paid directly through Oceana Provident. There are no grills on the property.
This fantastic beachfront location is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and just minutes from John’s Pass. A beach trolley is available for a small fee.
Pool temperature disclaimer: Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather. No refunds or reimbursements will be given due to cold water temperatures.
Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, a few trash bags per trash can, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil.
Minimum age requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted.
If someone other than the guest is paying for the reservation, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer is authorized to e-sign the rental agreement.
Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. No refunds are given for cancellations due to health conditions, weather, red tide, cold water, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference.
Please be aware that following a hurricane there may be temporary closures of restaurants, beaches, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect under these circumstances.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Due to same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you do not request early check-in. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you the morning of arrival; a $50 early check-in fee will apply.
The payer must sign the rental agreement in order for guest instructions to be automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.
Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you need mail during your stay, we recommend arranging for a local P.O. Box.

This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to Red Tide, or threats of Red Tide. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
