This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. It has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's and a private balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal.

A 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH!  Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old.  Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV’s. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.

Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.  We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
