This 2-bedroom, 2-bath 4th-floor beachfront condo sits directly on Treasure Island Beach and offers stunning views of the surf, sand, and unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony. There’s also an in-ground pool to enjoy and a convenient sand rinse station located just outside the unit to help keep the condo sand-free. A pull-out sofa bed is located in the living room. Oceana’s $40 + tax daily stay fee is already included in your booking price.
Check-in takes place across the street at the Oceana West building (2nd floor) between 9am–9pm daily. Arrivals outside those hours will receive a nearby off-site check-in location. There is a front desk for assistance. Beach equipment rentals are available directly on the beach, and daily or nightly dock rentals may be reserved and paid through Oceana Provident.
Please note that only ONE assigned parking space is included with your reservation. We cannot assist with parking for additional vehicles. There are no grills on the property. Policies for boats, kayaks, jet skis, and RVs vary by unit—please confirm approval prior to booking and do not assume they are allowed.
This prime location places you close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and just minutes from John’s Pass. A beach trolley is available for a small fee.
Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. These items are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil.
Minimum age requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted.
If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer may e-sign the rental agreement. The signed agreement ensures guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on arrival day.
Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health issues, weather, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), red tide, cold water temperatures, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference. Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather, and no refunds will be given for cold water temperatures.
Please understand that after a hurricane there may be temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect under these circumstances. Travel insurance, including CFAR coverage, is highly recommended.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Due to same-day turnovers, early check-in requests are discouraged. If the unit becomes available early, you will be notified the morning of arrival; a $50 early check-in fee will apply.
Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to Red Tide, or threats of Red Tide. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
