This beachfront 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo is the perfect destination for your visit to the beach. There is a communal heated pool. This 3rd floor balcony has fabulous views of the beach and sunset. This unit is available to rent during our 2024 high season. It is available between February 24th to April 7th in 2024! .

Close to many restaurants. Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.

This beautiful 2038 sf beachfront condo is the perfect destination for your visit to the white sandy beach at Treasure Island. From the 2nd floor balcony, enjoy the fabulous view of surf, sand, and sunsets. Open the private gate below, walk past sand dunes, and be right on the beach.

A roomy 2 car (1 SUV) garage is downstairs with easy access to your penthouse suite via stairs or elevator. Once inside, find everything you'll need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The unit sleeps 10 with 5 queen beds and 1 king. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. Rooms have brand new carpet and wood flooring throughout. The dining table seats 6 along with a 4-stool granite counter top. In the kitchen, we provide a 'Keurig', rice cooker, ninja blender, and an 'instant pot'.

Owner has provided beach board games, corn hole and ball toss for the whole family to enjoy. Any ESA animals brought to the home will absolutely require submitting a Valid Doctors RX to us in advance of booking.

Balcony access is through the living room or gorgeous master bedroom suite. Enjoy the master walk-in shower, sunken tub, and large double sink vanity. You'll also find a large-capacity laundry room.

There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a minimal daily fee.

THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
