This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 2nd floor 'end cap' unit has 2 balconies with views of the Intracoastal and water park. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Or wave at your family members below as they enjoy the water park. A fully stocked kitchen that includes a stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath, entertainment center and private balcony that overlooks the water park. Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.
Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located right down the hall from this unit for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!
As our guest, you can enjoy various amenities of the adjacent Holiday Inn, fee's may apply. There's a game room, miniature golf, and boat rentals. Bike rentals are a block away, and bike racks have been installed in the parking garage for your convenience.
The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. Movies and sports are projected on a wall of the building, and a snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty..
THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a daily nominal fee.
The unit will be ready for you upon your arrival.
There are 3 thermostats in the unit, you can adjust them all to different temperatures but they must all be on heat or cool to work. You cannot have one on heat and another on cool.
The owner will supply you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag, laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the duration of your stay.
You will need to take the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wrist band that needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount).
When the water park closes, you can use the pool till it closes (check gift shop for hours). It is then that you do not need passes.
Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida’s Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
