Hurricane Helene 10-4-2024 update- as of today, elevator #3 is operational (goes to all floors), the pool is operational, the lazy river, slides, and kiddie section are not yet operational (restored date not yet determined). 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor at Harbourside at Marker 33, has a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 Queen beds (sleeps 8) and a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal. Every reservation comes with 4 daily water park passes to the onsite water park and one parking pass and is a 3/5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants with in walking distance along with bike and boat rentals. 4 DAILY water park passes are included with every reservation along with one garage parking pass. 3 to 5 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach.  (2 waterpark pass cards equals entry for 4 people, each card accomodates entry for 2 people)

Come stay in this lovely room which at Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park. For your convenience there are coin operated Washer/dryer (right next door), should the unit's stackable unit not fully accomodate your laundry needs. This unit includes 4 DAILY water park passes and one parking pass. You will have access to the water park, 6th and 7th floor sundecks. I will be available via cell phone or messaging through the site. You are within walking distance to many restaurants, boat and bike rentals, candy stores, ice cream parlor and a CVS that has about everything you may need. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a daily minimal fee. You will need to take the water park passes to the water park entrance before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wrist band to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes need at a 50% discount.This unit comes with 4 DAILY water park passes (2 pass cards, each card accomodates 2 persons per card) and one parking pass. Owner/management company provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, hand soap, a laundry pod and dishwasher soap. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

Each bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds, and the Living Room has a pull out Queen sleeper sofa if you have 9 and/or 10 guests. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest)

There are 3 thermostats in the unit, they all must be on cool or heat to work but temperature can be adjusted on each one.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.  We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
