Location: You must check in at the Avalon front desk to receive instructions.
Time: Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
Early Arrival: Due to high same-day turnover, please refrain from early check-in requests. If available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
Parking: One designated covered parking space available. Contact Guest Services for additional vehicle availability.

Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services during your stay, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), Red Tide, cold pool water, flight cancellations, or amenity closures.
🌀 Hurricane Season & Unforeseen Events: No rain checks or compensation will be offered for closures of beaches, pools, elevators, or roads due to weather aftermath. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance from a 3rd-party provider. Date changes, if approved, incur a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.
Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Under ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.
Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee warm pool temperatures during colder months and will not offer discounts or refunds for cold pool temperatures.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
AGAIN, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to Red Tide, or threats of Red Tide. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
