Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!
The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. Movies and sports are projected on a wall of the building, and a snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.
Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 4416 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!
We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.
PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

Your car, uber or there is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.
Thermostats: You can adjust the temperature on each one but they all need to all be on heat or cool to work.
You need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wristband to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount). The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.
Parking: One spot comes with every reservation in the garage, along the side street or yellow lined area of the parking lot across from the gift shop.
If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee.
Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.
Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida’s Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
