🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Please be aware that any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your security deposit. Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.

Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Under ADA/FL law, only documented service animals are permitted (valid doctor documentation required in advance; ESAs are not required to be accommodated).

Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee warm pool temperatures during colder weather months.
