Welcome!  This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home with a heated inground Pool is waiting just for you to spend some quality time with friends and family!  This comfortable and welcoming home is located in Seminole Florida, and is situated within a short 14 minute car ride to Indian Rocks Beach!  The home can accommodate 10 people.  Beds: one king bed in master, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom, one queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, and the home has 1 blow up queen air mattress that can go on the floors where ever you would have room and you choose to place them.  Parking is allowed in the driveway or in the 2 car garage. 

Sorry, grill not available.  Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. One garage remote is made available for guests, and it is located on the foyer shelf.  Please return to the same shelf at your departure to avoid being charged for replacement.  You will be very close to St Petersburg Beach, Redington Beach, Madiera Beach, Indian Rocks and Indian Shores Beach, AND the world famous and Best Beach award winning CLEARWATER BEACH!  If you would like quiet time at the home, you can chill poolside, or there are many wonderful restuarants and activities to pursue in the surrounding area's which include:  Florida Botanical Gardens, Splash Harbor Water Park, Tampa Zoo, John’s Pass restaurants and small shoppes, The Bird Sanctuary, Galleries and shops in downtown St Petersburg, Dining cruises out of Clearwater beach area, Parasailing at Clearwater beach, Ybor City, Dunedin shops, restaurants and local breweries, Breweries around Tampa, Cigar City tours available, Big Storm, Coppertail, The Conch Republic Grill, The Broke N Bored Grill, Salt Rock Grill, The Burrito Social, Seabreeze island Grill, Indians Shores Coffee Shop, Friendly Tavern, Sweet Safe Cafe, Guppy’s on the Beach, Jakes Coastal Cantina, The Original Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace, Jimmy Guanas, Jotos, and much more to see!

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.  Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.  Thank you for understanding!
