This 1/1 condo is located on the first floor of the Sunset Cove Waterfront Community and is just a few steps from the beach! Come relax on the dock or enjoy the solar heated pool. One free reserved parking spot is included right in front of the unit marked "3".  One free assigned parking spot only!  No additional guest parking allowed. 

This 480 sf 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor of Sunset Cove Waterfront community.  The unit has a full kitchen, queen size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room.  Enjoy beautiful views of the sunset and walk right across the street to enjoy the white sandy beach!  Amenities include: Solar Heated Pool, fishing dock and BBQ picnic tables available on a first come first serve bases. There is also a coin operated laundromat on site at the end of each building.  

Let this be your next place to stay!  Guests have full access to the entire unit and all of the amenities.  

We will be available by email through the booking platforms messaging system or by phone. Our office is off site, and do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.  

Great location near beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  So many places close to the complex and a trolley is available at a nominal fee.  Coin operated laundromat on site at the end of each building.  

Beach item or personal belongings cannot be left outside the unit, please remove all sand from items and bring in unit.  Unit has a private entrance to beach (literally across the street) White gate is marked "Sunset Cove Only".

Trash dumpster is located by the pool. Please follow the rules posted at the pool.  There is a picnic area by the dock set up for your convenience (1st come, 1st serve basis). You may fish off the dock as well.  NO SKATEBOARDING ALLOWED. 

Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID.  Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.  Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged.  AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida’s Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.   We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.  Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged.  Check in is any time after 4PM.  We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
