This 1st floor studio is located on the intracoasst and is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH! A full kitchen and one of the largest pools in the county. Come relax in this cozy little city.

This 320 sf studio is located on the 1st floor of Belleview Gulf in Indian Shores.

The unit has a full kitchen, a Queen sized pull down Murphy Bed and walk in shower.

Walk right across the street to enjoy the white sandy beach!

Boat docking Is available on a first come first serve basIs along with shuffle board and BBQ's. If you are bringing a boat, the first come first served docks can accomodate up to a 20 ft boat, and can stay for a maximum of 3 weeks. There is a coin operated laundromat on site and recreation center for you to use.

You will be given the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival.

We will be available by email through the Messaging system. Our office is off site, and we do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.

So many places close to the complex and a trolley is available at a nominal fee.

The Pool is not heated. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold temperatures.

Owner/management provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels and a garbage bag. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.  Check in is any time after 4PM. 

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
