Creek Drive Cottage - Lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath, screen enclosed back porch overlooking the large fenced backyard. You will have a Queen sized bed in both bedrooms, plus 2 fold-down Futons, each sleeping one person. One futon is located in Bedroom 2, and the other futon is located in the Living Room.

Maximum occupancy for adults is 4, as the futons are better suited for the sleeping arrangements of children.

You will have a kitchen, fully equipped with cooking/eating, and drinking utensils.

Sorry, pets and smoking are not permitted.

You will be located a few miles from the Gulf Coast, which has many Beaches! You will be 27 miles from Clearwater Beach, which is rated to be among the best Beaches in the World!

Activities and attractions in and around the Central Gulf Coast of Florida: Beaches, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney World and Universal Studios (within an approximately 1.5 hour drive), Legoland, Buccaneer Bay, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, and much more! Enjoy boating, fishing, dolphin-watching, shelling, cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. Tour Downtown New Port Richey. Tour the famous Greek Sponge Docks. ELECTRIC COSTS: ON 30+ DAY BOOKINGS, GUESTS TO PAY THE OVERAGE COST ON ELECTRIC BILLS TOTALING MORE THAN $175. For instance, if the elecrtic bill during your stay is $200, the guest will be charged $25.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
