All of the fantastic downtown Palm Harbor Restaurants and Bars too. Pop Stansell Park and the community boat ramp is a minute walk away. You will be in the heart of the quaint downtown Palm Harbor! There is Kayak rental closeby. The home has a Tesla Wall Connector fast charger, a super cool tiki bar, a relaxing fire pit hangout, a pickle ball court and b-ball hoop, and a private air-conditioned treehouse above the tiki bar that is decked out with a TV and a Queen sized bed!

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
