This unit must be booked at least 3 days before your check in date. The condo association requires a signed rental agreement and guest registration form be sent at least 3 days prior to check in. 

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is 733 sf and located in building 3 on the 2nd floor of the gated Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club complex. The private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and nature walk. Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV’s. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.   

There is a full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The social room, game room, library, beach with its BBQ's, play area, tennis courts, fitness center, large heated pool and nature walk is there for you to enjoy!  There is no washer or dryer inside the unit, however there are Coined washers and dryers, by the elevators.

Condo rental amenities: This vacation gateway is equipped with everything to make your vacation perfect! You will feel safe with the 24 hour-security-manned front-access gate, heated pool, elevators, and there is a small private beach-like area onsite, please refer to pictures of the beach.  . 

Activities and attractions in Hudson Gulf Coast Central: Swimming, golfing, beaches, theme parks (Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, are approximately 45 minutes drive), Disney World and Universal Studios (within an approximately 1.5 hour drive), Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay, and much more!, boating, fishing, dolphin-watching, shelling, cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. Tour Downtown New Port Richey. Tour the famous Greek Sponge Docks. See famous mermaid shows in Weeki Wachi, the Florida Aquarium, museums, or visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, or Tampa Bay Rays.

You will be given the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival.

We will be available by email through the Messaging system. Our office is off site, and do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.

Situated right on the Gulf away from it all but close enough to everything you need.

You will need a car.  This unit has a assigned spot in the parking garage, spot labeled 212.

The owner does not allow a guest the use of the mailbox. A PO Box will need to be purchased. There is a post office on the other side of US 19 where one can be purchased.

There is a guest registration form that needs to be completed at least 3 days before check in.

There is a full kitchen, heated pool, fitness center, tennis courts, small private beach, play set, social room, game room.

Perfect place for that laid back vacation.

Close to the new Sunwest Park - spring fed lake with a beach like atmosphere. Enjoy a night out at Sam's for great food, adult beverages and live entertainment.

Sorry, but as a guest, you cannot bring any of the following through the gate: Boats, boats or jet ski's on trailers, kayaks, or Moving vans.

 A registration form must completed/returned at least 3 days prior to check in.  Guests are responsible for any electric usage over $100 on monthly rentals. 

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.  

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!.
